What is it?
Psyllium is the shell of psyllium seeds (Plantago ovata), which is a source of soluble fiber. When in contact with water, it swells and forms a gel-like mass. Due to this, it is widely used both in herbal medicine and in cooking.

Contraindications
Individual intolerance. Do not use without sufficient water.
