Method of application
It will help you get rid of stress, fatigue, overexertion, and boost your immune system:
Tincture: 500 ml of 40% alcohol (vodka), 50 g of chopped roots. Mix everything in a dark glass bottle and leave to stand for 2 weeks in a cool place. Periodically, the composition needs to be shaken. The finished product should be filtered and taken twice a day (morning and afternoon), 15-20 drops half an hour before meals. The treatment course is 2-3 weeks, after which you need to take a break for at least a month. If necessary, the course can be repeated. Eleutherococcus tea is calming and tonifying: pour a cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of roots, let it steep for about 10 minutes, then strain. Drink one cup twice a day.
